If only there were laws against lying to people over cable and the internet. If only.
She saw the headlines glowing red, Another fight, another dread. She whispered softly, “What’s become Of all the dreams we leaned upon?” She said the world feels cold and strange, Like every heart is out of range. People building higher walls, Forgetting we’re connected after all. And she said, “Hold me tight,” When the world don’t feel right. When the kindness disappears And the noise cuts through her fears. Yeah, she said, “Hold me tight,” Like the dark still fears the light. If the world keeps breaking open, We’ll stitch it back with what we’re hoping. Hand in hand, we’ll face the night — Two small flames can still ignite. She’s chasing sparks inside the gray, Trying not to fade away. And every shout of “me before you” Left her unsure what love could do. So she said, “Hold me tight,” When the world won’t unite. When compassion slips away And the gentle lose their say. Yeah, she said, “Hold me tight,” ’Cause two hearts can make it right. Peace and love, Doug
Colors dripping off the edge of time, Thoughts unwind in liquid rhyme, Walls I built begin to breathe, Truth is shifting underneath. Every rule I thought I knew Melts away into the blue.
Neon rivers flood my mind, Leave the weight of flesh behind, Voices echo soft and strange, Whisper, “Nothing stays the same.” Gravity don’t hold me down, I’m spinning circles without a ground.
Tryptamine, open wide, Let the universe step inside, Blow your mind, let it go free, Lose the lock, become the key. Don’t fear to see the unseen— It’s just the flow of tryptamine.
Many of us are feeling a little low right now. We will overcome this. Stay focused and "be here, now".

What a year this has been! We've been writing and recording as much as we can, because there is just so much sentiment to get off our chests. We hope you like this one. It is intended to be upbeat, introspective, fun and just a little bit thought-provoking. Peace and love forever and ever.

Good Morning, Sun! 3:370:00/3:37
Ghosts appeared on stage in plays around the world through an ingenious mirror and projection system developed by English scientist John Henry Pepper. When first unveiled in Victorian England in 1862, it created a shockingly believable illusion for a gullible audience. Thus began our journey into special effects, as well as naiveté. Remember, illusions can lead us where we dare not go! When you listen to this song, Pepper’s Ghost, hold this picture in front of you and imagine what it was like to see such a spectacle in a playhouse in London’s Theatre District in 1862.

iResonate is a collection of songs written and recorded during the second half of 2024. The "theme" is centered on resonating with the universe, sharing loving thoughts with nature and its inhabitants. I sincerely hope you like this album, with its honest lyrics, multiple beat changes and instrumentations as well as the love and light that went into making it. Namaste.
